At the Indonesian Hospital in late November 2023, Israeli operations left medical authorities without effective warning or feasible time to evacuate safely.
Gaza MoH, WHO and OCHA reported siege/surrounding, attacks on or around the hospital, bombardment, delayed evacuation, and patients/staff awaiting evacuation. The anti-Israel claim is that evacuation was not safely feasible during the critical period of surrounding fire.
The claim is partly true after follow-up source review. The record no longer supports treating Indonesian Hospital as a total no-warning/no-evacuation file: Anadolu reported a Palestinian Health Ministry official saying Israel demanded evacuation within four hours on Nov. 23 and that 450 patients had left the hospital the previous day. IDF materials also allege Hamas exploitation of the hospital, tunnel/launch-site connections, fuel diversion and later raid findings. But a four-hour demand during siege/nearby strikes is not by itself proof of a practically feasible hospital-wide medical evacuation for remaining patients, staff and bodies. The precise IDF/COGAT warning chain, route instructions, deconfliction logs and Hamas/PIJ conduct at the exact evacuation moment are still not public enough for a clean false/misleading verdict.
