Use of the public site
The public website is provided for research, education, commentary, source-chain review, and public-interest information. You may browse the public pages without creating an account.

Intellectual property and third-party sources
The website design, organization, original summaries, and original editorial analysis are owned or licensed by Binoron, LLC. Third-party source excerpts, screenshots, documents, videos, links, and quotations remain subject to their original owners' rights and applicable exceptions such as quotation, commentary, public-record use, research, or fair use/fair dealing where available.
No public paid subscription
The public website currently does not sell a consumer subscription, paid account, or checkout product. If paid services, books, downloads, or subscriptions are added later, separate purchase, cancellation, refund, and consumer-rights terms will apply at checkout.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided as a living archive and may contain errors, outdated records, broken links, disputed source material, or incomplete evidence tracks. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Binoron is not liable for decisions made based on unverified use of the archive. Mandatory consumer, statutory, or jurisdictional rights are not limited by these terms.
