How this archive handles data
The public site is readable without an account. This policy explains the limited visitor data, admin data, evidence records, vendors, and rights request process.

What data is processed
- Public visitor data: request metadata such as IP address, user agent, pages requested, timestamps, and security logs.
- Admin account data: email address, authentication metadata, role, audit records, and activity needed to operate the private admin area.
- Contact data: information you choose to send by email or other support channels.
- Archive data: public-source records, public statements, source metadata, URLs, screenshots, timestamps, transcripts, claims, evidence links, and editorial assessments.
- AI/research processing: administrator-initiated research prompts, summaries, and draft analysis may be processed by AI providers when enabled for internal research workflows.
No public user accounts
Public visitors do not need an account to read the site. Public self-service signup is disabled. The login area is for private editorial/admin access only.
Purposes and legal bases
- Publish and maintain a public evidence archive, including source-chain and public-interest research.
- Operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and admin systems.
- Respond to legal, privacy, security, correction, and support requests.
- Protect the integrity of the archive, prevent misuse, and maintain audit trails.
- Comply with legal obligations and preserve evidence where necessary.
For EU/EEA users, the relevant bases may include legitimate interests, performance of requested services, legal obligations, consent where required, and public-interest/free-expression considerations for public source records and commentary.
Vendors and infrastructure
- Vercel: hosting, deployment, security headers, CDN, and operational logs.
- Supabase: database, authentication for the admin area, storage, and security controls.
- GitHub: source control, pull requests, and deployment workflow.
- OpenAI or other AI providers: internal research, summarization, and drafting when administrator-enabled.
- Email providers: handling messages sent to Binoron addresses.
International transfers
Binoron, LLC is based in the United States and uses service providers that may process data in the United States, the European Union/EEA, and other locations. Where applicable, Binoron relies on provider transfer terms, data processing terms, standard contractual clauses, adequacy mechanisms, or similar safeguards.
Retention
- Public archive records may be retained as long as needed for the source-chain, correction, evidence, and public-record purpose.
- Admin and audit records are kept as long as needed for security, integrity, legal, and operational reasons.
- Contact messages are retained as long as needed to answer and document the request.
- Operational logs are retained according to vendor and security needs, then deleted or aggregated where practical.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or review of automated processing. You may also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Send requests to hello@binoron.com.
Security
The public site is read-only for visitors. Supabase row-level security is enabled, public signup is disabled, anonymous write access is revoked, and admin/research operations require authenticated editorial access.
Children
This site is not directed to children and does not offer public accounts or child-directed features. If you believe a child has submitted personal data, contact Binoron for review.
