Belegt ist die ZDFheute-Meldung vom 6. Juli 2026, 13:30 Uhr, mit Quellenangabe dpa und AFP. Sie schreibt die Ankündigung einer Hamas-Pressekonferenz zu und sagt, die Mitarbeiter blieben im Dienst. Der Abschnitt über den begrenzten Machtverzicht hält fest, dass Hamas eine bedingungslose Entwaffnung ablehnt; Arbeitsaufnahme, Hintergrundeinfluss und Sicherheitszuständigkeit bleiben ungeklärt.
